PRE MEETING REMINDERS:

  • Let the client do THEIR brain dump, thank them, THEN explain there’s a framework and go into details.

  • Our system: Benefit > features. Features are visual results BUT Benefit is strategic-based results.

  • We can be a tool that creates VISUALS that may or may not work or we can develop strategies first, which act as an insurance policy to the work we do. We can offer strategy packages at an additional cost or we can jump right into providing our services. It is highly recommended to strategize so that we are starting off on a right track.

  • We don’t want the client’s money if we dont know there will be a positive impact.

  • The potential client is NEVER our enemy regardless of what they’re saying, even if they say “no” and walk away.

  • If the client is giving off the vibe they can’t afford us, be totally ok with offering them the chance to research other agencies and make a clear decision.
